Notice of Expression of Interest (EOI) for Provision of a Job Review

in the Company -

Procurement Reference number: POU/SRVCS/2023 – 2024/00001

1. The Uganda Post Ltd t/a Posta Uganda is a government–owned organization offering postal services to the public. In its endeavor to scale up efficiency in its operations, the

company now wishes to conduct a detailed Job Review. The entity has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of the consultancy services described below.

2. The Entity now invites eligible consultants to submit sealed expressions of interest for

• Carrying out a Job Review in the Company.
• To conduct a comprehensive review of existing jobs, examine strategic fit with planned growth initiatives and eventually, design a fit – for – purpose organizational
• structure.
• The Terms of reference therefore aim to guide the process of reviewing job roles and responsibilities within Posta Uganda, leading to a robust employee structure
• that will enable achievement of the company’s set goals.

3. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and possess the required qualifications to perform the services supported with relevant

documentation.

4. The shortlisting criteria will include:

• Eligibility of the firm
• Experience of the firm
• Technical Capacity in terms of financial and key personnel.

The detailed EOI Guideline containing the shortlisting criteria can be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Office, Posta Uganda.

5. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualifications. The form of association, where applicable, should be indicated in

the Expression of Interest.

6. Preference schemes shall apply when evaluating Request for Proposals from the shortlisted consultants.

7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information at the address given below from 9:00Am – 4:00PM Monday to Friday.

8. Sealed Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below at or before

11:00AM on 15th February, 2024.
