Good Job, Posta Uganda

'I was almost getting converted to the belief that nothing works in Uganda until I had an experience that showed me there are still things to be proud of in our country.' reads Christopher Kyambadde letter to the New Vision newspaper clearly depicting his loss of hope.

He continues to say 'Last year, I sent a parcel from South Africa to Uganda but it never reached its destination. I decided to send another parcel last month thinking the Uganda postal system may still be sloppy. This time I tracked the package from South Africa. I logged onto the Posta Uganda website and got a link to cutomer services. To my surprise, someone replied my message giving details of how the package was recieved at Clock Tower Post Office branch. Well done Posta Uganda.'...... New Vision March 28, 2011 page 19.
